Dr. Locquet is a Belgian-trained veterinary cardiologist who graduated from Ghent University in 2015. He holds a Diplomate status from the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Cardiology (Dipl. ECVIM‑CA), is a certified perfusionist, and an Hon. Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham. He’s currently pursuing an MBA (class of ’25) and holds a postgraduate certificate in veterinary cardiology (GPCert‑VC).
He recently joined the specialist team at Dick White Referrals in Cambridgeshire, where he focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and interventional correction of congenital and acquired heart disease in dogs and cats.
Dr. Locquet is a globally recognized veterinary cardiologist—clinician, researcher, perfusionist, and educator—who brings cutting-edge imaging, interventional techniques, and multidisciplinary expertise to the care of animals of all sizes and species.
