General Terms and Conditions for Using the Website
The use of the website skillvet.com (“Website”) and its content is subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
By accessing the Website or by ticking the “I agree” option in the registration form, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions,
which have binding contractual value, whether or not you are a registered user of the Website.
If you do not agree with any provision of this document, please do not use the Website.
Skill Vet Education SRL operates the Website in support of its mission to provide high-level professional education and to promote access to knowledge in the field of veterinary medicine.
In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “the Organizer,” or “Skill Vet Education” refer to this entity.
1. Organizer
The courses are organized by Skill Vet Education SRL, a company headquartered in Romania and registered in accordance with applicable legislation, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”
2. Structure of the Educational Program
The Skillvet course is a modular educational program intended for veterinary doctors, taking place in multiple international locations, in the form of consecutive modules.
Participation in an individual module is not possible. Registration is done only once, for the entire program, and participation requires completion of all modules in chronological order.
This structure is chosen to allow participants access to a variety of international experts and to benefit from the facilities available in different locations, optimized for the content of each module.
Participation in only some of the modules, in isolation, is not possible and does not entitle the participant to take the final course examination.
3. International Organization
The courses take place in several European countries (e.g., Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, and other countries), and the location of each module is chosen based on:
- the availability of international lecturers;
- specialized local partnerships (clinics, universities);
- infrastructure required for practical sessions.
Participants are fully responsible for their own logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and any other travel-related costs.
4. Registration and Acceptance of Terms
Course registration is done exclusively online, by filling in the form available on the website www.skillvet.com, accompanied by the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting the form, the candidate confirms that they:
- have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- commit to participating in all course modules, according to the announced schedule;
- assume responsibility for attending the international locations determined by the Organizer;
- agree to the use of their personal data solely for the purposes of organizing and conducting the course (in accordance with the Privacy Policy).
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a candidate’s registration, especially in cases where the information provided is incomplete, false, or incompatible with the nature of the course.
5. Participation Fee
The participation fee is a single payment for the entire course. It covers:
- access to all modules;
- educational resources (online and in-person);
- participation in practical sessions under the guidance of lecturers.
The fee does not include transportation, accommodation, or other personal expenses.
Payment conditions (including possible installments or deadlines) are detailed on the registration page or communicated individually.
6. Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals can only be made in writing, at least 30 days before the start of the first module. Fee reimbursement is possible only in justified cases, in accordance with the policy communicated by the Organizer.
Failure to notify withdrawal within the specified period or unjustified absence from one or more modules does not entitle the participant to a full or partial refund of the fee.
Once the course has started, the fee is non-refundable.
7. Certification
Participants who complete all modules and choose to take the final examination will receive a certificate issued by the Organizer, in collaboration with the international lecturers.
8. Applicant’s Agreement
By submitting the registration form, the applicant:
- gives their explicit and unequivocal consent regarding the applicability of these Terms and Conditions;
- declares that they have been informed about the modular structure, international locations, and obligations related to the course;
- undertakes to comply with the internal rules established by the Organizer during each module.
